Warm Goats Cheese and leek tartlet with red pepper coulis
Pan seared scallops with pea puree and champagne cream foam sauce
Cured Barbary duck breast with mixed leaf salad and sherry wine vinaigrette

Oven roast corn fed chicken with baby leaf spinach and truffle mash
Fillet sea bass served with roasted leeks, herb mash and white wine sauce
