Scottish smoked salmon with horseradish cream & lemon oil.   

Warm goats cheese & leek tartlet with a red pepper coulis.

Traditional roast Norfolk turkey with cranberry & victoria plum sauce.

Braised lamb shank served with creamed potatoes & rosemary jus.

Pan fried sea bass with herb mash, leeks & champagne cream sauce. 

Leek & fennel cannelloni with Noilly Prat sauce.

All served with a panache of vegetables and roast potatoes
