The private first floor View Bar accomodates up to 100 guests with a concealed balcony that overlooks the breathtaking panoramic views. The impressive Restaurant accomodates up to 260 guests with idyllic countryside views over the water fountain. The adjoining Marquee opens onto a private patio and garden area with seating available for those summer evenings. Both the Restaurant and View Bar are decorated in an exclusive and contemporary style, and each boasts air conditioning and their own fully stocked bar.

Terms and conditions
A provisional booking can be held for a period not exceeding 14 days. A booking cannot be confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been paid, this is normally the venue hire charge.
Approxiametly 10 weeks prior to your function, an appointment by yourselves should be made to attend a consultation with the events Manager. At this time your day will be discussed in full detail, and your menu requirements confirmed. Eight weeks prior 50% of your food bill, hire charges and drinks package is to be settled. Then one month prior we require payment of the final instalment for the total food bill, hire charges and drinks package.
A 10% dicretionary service charge will be added to your bill.
If any additional charges expenses are incurred on the day these are to be settled upon departure, Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Cash and Cheques up to the Cheque card limit are the only means of payment. American Express can not be used.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. No service charge is added.
A £1000 damage liability deposit is required - This shall be refunded on the following working day after the event if no damage is incurred to the contents, buildings and grounds of Blakes Golf Course.
In the event of cancellation it is with regret that no refund of deposits or pre-payments can be made, within 4 months of the function date.
In the event of a cancellation taking place, within 4 months of the function, the penalties will apply based on the number of guests estimated on the event confirmation.
At 4 months notice, but not less than 3 months - 25% of total estimated hire and food bill
At 3 months notice, but not less than 2 months - 50% of estimated hire and food bill
At 2 months notice, or less - 75% of total estimated hire and food bill.
(It is Blakes suggestion that all wedding parties should consider taking an appropriate insurance policy to insure their wedding day. The Management accepts no resposibility for Wedding presents left overnight at Blakes)
Due to health and safety regulations the Management cannot accept any responsibility for the supervision of children around the pond or on the golf course.
